She took control of [[Character:Pesma|Plant Esma]] since the parasite was still alive inside him somewhere. [[Character:Yujin|Yujin]] had found a chemical labeled Purge from the cave, and suspected it could remove the plant from the host body. However, he had sacrificed a significant amount of sleep to figure this out and passed out in the middle of the forest. A critical mistake as Monsant placed a parasite on him, causing him to dream of Monsant transfoming him and see an swarm of parasites leap towards him, all while a plant version of himself watches this happen. He woke up from this holding a strange seed, which will come back in a later arc. Yujin and [[Character:Esma|Esma]] confronted Monsant, but she quickly used the parasite inside Yujin to transform and control him. Yujin was still in control of his power, and was able to get a bystander use the purge to separate the two Esmas. [[Character:Marman|Marman]] was another to fall victim to Monsant's Parasite but Leafy (one of his spirits) allowed him to regain control over his body. Monsant then went to convert Atropa, but Yujin didn't allow that to happen. Unfortunately for him, Monsant made the parasite inside him take over, which was exactly what he wanted, because he could use the Purge on himself. After he separated, he took down his plant copy, but while he was busy with [[Character:Pyun|P.Yujin]], Monsant was able to convert Atropa into a plant for about a minute before Yujin separated [[Character:Plantropa|Plant Atropa]] from her. Marman then took matters into his own hands and used the power of Blaze (another spirit) to create a Fire Shockwave to destroy anyone nearby. Most of the protagonists escaped to the beach to avoid the blast. === After the explosion === Most of the plant copies were able to hide from the explosion, either behind trees or in the ground. Monsant was protected by a shield generator that Yujin trapped her in before the explosion, which had ran out of charge. [[Character:Lamine|Lamine]] enters, putting out fires in a panic, while Shad follows Plant Mia. Marman follows behind Lamine and the two wake up and confront Monsant. P.yu and P.atropa, try to defend her, but Lamine and Mar were much stronger, thanks to the power of Marman's spirits. Eventually normal Atropa joins in and defeats her plant self before confronting Monsant as well. Monsant revealed that she just wanted friends, and that no other puff would accept her, so she tried to make her own friends by converting other puffs into plants. Marman suggested that the plant puffs could live their own lives, but Monsant said that they are opposites of the originals and not as strong. P.Yujin and P.Esma decide to fuse their memories into the originals and Yujin leaves, now knowing what his strange seed is.
